Hacksaw Gaming has appointed Gabriel Katz as its new Head of Sales LatAm, strengthening the supplier’s commercial operations across Latin America as the company continues expanding in regulated markets.
Katz announced the move through social media, where he highlighted the momentum of the slots segment across the region.
“Slots are absolutely killing it right now all over the world but in particular in the LatAm market and I get to work for the hottest and fastest-growing company,” stated Katz in his announcement.
The executive also referenced his return to working across LatAm.
“It’s time to go back to my roots and open the game working for the entire Latin American market.”
His appointment comes during a period of continued growth and strategic transition for Hacksaw Gaming. Recently, the company’s Board of Directors removed CEO Christoffer Källberg from his position and appointed Ana Vrabic Verdir as Interim CEO while launching a formal search process for a permanent replacement.
At the time, Chairman Patrick Svensk thanked Källberg for leading the company’s IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm and supporting its recent financial performance.
Hacksaw has also continued posting strong financial results. In Q1 2026, the supplier reported revenue of €57.6m ($67.3m), representing year-on-year growth of 28%, alongside continued expansion of its game portfolio and regulated market footprint.
Latin America remains one of the industry’s fastest-growing regions for online gaming suppliers, particularly as operators and content providers continue increasing investment across regulated betting and casino markets.
Hacksaw Gaming recently expanded its South African distribution through a partnership with Sunbet, the online betting brand of Sun International
