Bally’s Corporation has reported its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, as the operator’s consolidated revenue increased 28.3% to $755.7m, led by casinos & resorts revenue which grew 8.1% to $379.7m.
The operator’s North America Interactive segment reported an adjusted EBITDAR loss of just over $7.1m, equating to an increase of 8.3% from the loss witnessed for the prior year period. North America Interactive revenue increased 29.9%, however, for a total of $60.5m.
Bally’s Intralot’s B2C operations generated $239.9m of revenue for Q1 2026, representing an increase of 31%. Despite accounting for $74m of total revenue during the quarterly period, Bally’s Intralot’s B2B operations grew 759.7% year-over-year.

Which segments accounted for the most revenue during the quarterly period?
While casinos & resorts managed to produce the most revenue of any segment, its adjusted EBITDAR for Q1 2026 decreased 4.3% to $96.2m. Corporate & other adjusted EBITDAR resulted in a loss of $12.3m, although the figure does represent a 30.6% improvement for the operator.
Bally’s Intralot’s B2C operations reported an adjusted EBITDAR of nearly $87.1m for Q1 2026, equating to an increase of 27.1%. The segment’s B2B operations produced just over $15.1m of adjusted EBITDAR and rose 75.7%.

How has the operator performed during Q1 since 2021?
For the operator’s digital businesses, Bally’s received approval for an online sports wagering vendor license from the Rhode Island Lottery on May 15, set to launch its online sportsbook once an exclusivity period held by International Game Technology (IGT) ends on November 26.
Despite offering online sports wagering to residents since 2018, the vertical was exclusively provided through Sportsbook Rhode Island, a platform developed by IGT after securing a partnership with the Lottery.
The Rhode Island Lottery began the application process for a second vendor in late 2025, while Bally’s also became the state’s first iGaming operator in March 2024.
Evoke also extended the deadline for Bally’s Intralot to submit a formal acquisition offer to June 8 at 5pm BST, having previously confirmed talks between the two parties on April 20.
