The Sustainable Gambling Conference is set to take place on Tuesday, 18 November in Maison de la Poste, Brussels.
Industry leaders, regulators, operators, researchers, advocates and other professionals have all been invited to discuss how to create a more sustainable future for gambling.
The event will begin with a welcoming hour for coffee to allow for everyone to wake up, before jumping into the opening comments held by Stéphane Pallez, FDJ United Chairwoman and CEO.
The morning panels will discuss the cyber psychology of technology and its impact, lived experiences, and a recent study into which products and features most appeal to people under the age of 25.
There will be multiple breaks throughout the day for coffee, lunch and networking opportunities - all to keep attendees fresh and ready for the next round of discussions.
In the afternoon, there will be panels focusing on the black market and what operators can do to help, player feedback, how to create better offers than the black market, AI innovation and a roundtable discussion on how to properly implement it.
Across these panels, there will be speakers from FDJ United, Play'n Go, Games Global, KPMG Malta, the Danish Gambling Authority, the Netherlands Gambling Authority and EGBA, just to name a few.
This latest news follows an additional, similarly responsible gambling-themed event hosted by Academy of Ideas in London last week.
Previous themes include "Building Relevance" (2019), "Collaborate to Innovate" (2020) and "Safer Gambling: A Look into the Future" (2024)
