BetMGM has been named the official sports betting and online casino partner of the Pittsburgh Penguins NHL franchise, featuring signage and branding in PPG Paints Arena, co-branded social media content, exclusive promotions and hospitality assets for VIP fan experiences.
"Pittsburgh is home to some of the most iconic sports franchises," BetMGM CMO Casey Hurbis said.
"This latest collaboration with the Penguins builds on our deep ties across the city and opens new opportunities to engage fans through unforgettable experiences at PPG Paints Arena, and beyond."
As the official sports betting and online casino partner of the Pittsburgh Penguins, BetMGM has now formed partnerships with all three of the city's major professional sports franchises.
The operator was announced as the Pittsburgh Steelers' official sports betting, online casino and gaming partner on October 17 as part of an agreement set to run through 2029.
The pair will engage in co-branded online media content, a range of hospitality and related fan engagement initiatives and specialized responsible gambling messaging as part of a videoboard takeover before every Steelers home game.
"The Pittsburgh Penguins are proud to welcome BetMGM as an Official Sports Betting Partner," Pittsburgh Penguins SVP of Partnerships Steve Kelley said.
"BetMGM is an established leader, and this partnership furthers our organizational commitment to enhancing the gameday experience for the most passionate fanbase in the National Hockey League."
The operator also stated plans to release official Penguins-themed iGaming products across its platform will be unveiled in the near future.
Pittsburgh's next home game is scheduled for November 21 against the Minnesota Wild, although it's currently unclear as to whether the BetMGM-branded assets will be integrated throughout PPG Paints Arena by then.
BetMGM began sponsoring a Las Vegas-themed week of Family Feud on television programming, as families competed for a trip to Las Vegas and up to $50,000 in bonus cash from November 10-14
