BetMGM is a sports betting and online gaming company based in the US. It was formed in 2018 as a 50/50 joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain.
Headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, the company was established to participate in the growing US online gaming market.
BetMGM operates digital platforms for sports betting, online casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, poker and tournament poker.
Its services are offered under several brands, including BetMGM, Borgata Online, PartyCasino and partypoker.
The company uses technology provided by Entain and has access to MGM Resorts’ land-based and online gaming operations in the U.S.
BetMGM operates in over 29 US states and jurisdictions, covering approximately 52% of the adult population.
