David Mann, Swintt CEO, has confirmed he will leave the company at the end of the year after 6.5 years in the role. During his tenure, Swintt expanded into new markets and established partnerships with some of the sector's operators.
Mann joined Swintt as the company's first employee following founder David Flynn. Over the years, he progressed through the business, taking on senior commercial responsibilities before being appointed CEO in August 2022.
Under his leadership, Swintt expanded its presence in Scandinavia and Ontario through a partnership with Lucky7. Swintt also rolled out its complete slot portfolio on OneCasino following the platform's acquisition by Glitnor Group.
Mann was also present for the appointment of Anthony Dalla-Giacoma as CCO, who joined Swintt from Quickspin and NetEnt to lead the company's commercial operations as it expanded into new markets.
Mann will take up a new role in January, remaining at Swintt and Glitnor Group until the end of the year to support the business during its next phase of growth.
Mann stated: "At the end of the year, I'll be hanging up the Swintt hoodie for the last time as I wrap up after 6.5 years.
"It's been quite a journey - from the early days of building the furniture and signing our first partners, to growing a team that pushed the Swintt brand into the market, expanding into new jurisdictions, and seeing our games live with some of the biggest operators in the industry."
Throughout his career, Mann has held positions in Sales and Business Development at Betway, Spigo, and Wazdan
