Palasino Holdings reported total revenue of HK$611.1m (US$77.9m) for the financial year ended March 31 2026, representing a 7.6% increase from HK$568.1m in the previous year, supported by strong gaming performance and the launch of its newest casino property in the Czech Republic.
A major milestone during the year was the opening of Palasino Mikulov, which commenced soft operations in December 2025 before celebrating its grand opening in March 2026. The new venue features 106 slot machines and 10 gaming tables, further strengthening the group's presence in one of its key markets.
Gaming remained the company's primary revenue driver, generating HK$448.1m during the year, up 9.6% year-on-year. Gaming revenue accounted for 73.3% of total revenue, compared with 72% a year earlier. The increase was driven by stronger table game performance and higher slot machine volumes resulting from continued marketing and promotional activities.
Table gaming revenue rose 20.2% to HK$99m, supported by an improved hold percentage of 27.7%, compared with 24.3% in the previous year. Slot machine revenue increased 6.9% to HK$349.1m, with total turnover reaching HK$7.19bn.
Net profit for the year totaled HK$13.8m, compared with HK$15.4m in FY2025. However, adjusted net profit increased to HK$22.8m from HK$16.8m, while adjusted EBITDA climbed 15.6% to HK$60.7m, reflecting underlying operational growth despite rising labor, marketing and operating costs.
The company said profitability was affected by higher employee expenses, increased food and beverage costs, slot machine rental expenses and marketing investment associated with the launch of Palasino Mikulov. Employee costs alone increased by HK$13.5m as the group expanded staffing levels and strengthened talent recruitment efforts.
Palasino maintained a solid financial position, ending the year with cash and liquid investments of HK$271.6m and a gearing ratio of 7.7%. The group also highlighted continued progress in its environmental, social and governance initiatives, including renewable energy generation, waste reduction programs and charitable donations during the year.
Palasino operates a portfolio of casinos, hotels and leisure facilities across the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria, serving customers from multiple Central European markets
