The Gaming and Technology (GAT) Expo in Bogotá, Colombia, is set to take place this week.
Last year, the show brought in 20 exhibitors from 20 countries, with just under 1,000 additional visitors attending the show floor.
Although this is considerably smaller than some of the other expos in the industry, it's also important to recognise that GAT Expo is a great way to showcase the regulated market in the country.
This year, there will be manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and operators of land-based casino equipment, including slot machines and roulette wheels.
There will also be companies who specialize in casino furniture, management systems, lighting and other peripherals, cybersecurity and more.
As for the online side of gaming, alongside the providers and operators, the organisers have invited companies involved in payments, identity solutions, AI, hardware and security.
Visitors can expect to find stands from IGT, Alfastreet, Novomatic, Aristocrat, Asojuegos and more.
A charity poker tournament will also be held on the conference floor, making it easily accessible for attendees to watch as they navigate the expo.
The main GAT Expo show will be open from 12pm to 8pm on 25 September, although there is an invite-only networking event on 24 September for industry professionals.
Finally, the show this year is sponsored by Pragmatic Play, BetPlay, BetConstruct and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).
The charity poker tournament is the Mexico Solidarity Poker Cup, which will raise money for hospitals and medical infrastructure for vulnerable communities across the country
