Delaware North has rebranded its previously known Delaware North Gaming & Entertainment subsidiary into Ember Entertainment, following the launch of Ember Casino in New Jersey on June 4.
Ember Entertainment was developed to unify the operator’s brick-and-mortar, iGaming, rewards, sportsbook and social casino verticals into a single platform, as well as offer a “seamless” player experience.
"Delaware North has created a cohesive identity for our gaming business that reflects modern consumer expectations and positions us for growth in a rapidly expanding category," Ember Entertainment President Jason Gregorec said.
"The new omnichannel presence creates seamless customer engagement across all channels – physical, digital and experiential – connecting brick-and-mortar, digital gaming, sportsbook and rewards, as well as dining, lodging and retail at our gaming properties.”
The newly unified platform was mainly developed in-house by Ember Entertainment VP of Marketing Jill Eden, her team and Delaware North creative personnel.
Eden addressed the new launch, having said, "Ember signifies hospitality to guests while being accessible – representing warmth, energy, potential and transformation. The idea of an ember sparking something larger naturally reflects the company's vision of connecting physical casinos, digital gaming, rewards and entertainment experiences.
"This isn't just a new name or a new logo. It's a commitment to delivering an elevated, personalized experience for every single guest, whether they are visiting us in person or playing from home. Ember represents not just a new identity, but a more connected guest journey across every touchpoint.”
The operator’s social casino vertical, Ember Jackpot Casino, is currently available in 49 states and powered by Ruby Seven Studios, while Ember Casino is live in New Jersey and West Virginia at the time of writing.
Ember Sportsbook replaced the former Betly brand in West Virginia and is set to take over operations for MVGBet in Ohio. In March, Delaware North transitioned Betly through the operator’s Southland Casino Hotel to DraftKings via a market-access agreement.
Hacksaw Gaming and Delaware North formed a new partnership in West Virginia during February, complemented by Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort
