Gaming Compliance International (GCI) has announced the acquisition of Yield Sec, the online gaming marketplace intelligence platform founded by Ismail Vali.

As part of the deal, Yield Sec's technology, processes and team will merge into GCI's operations and Vali will assume the role of President of GCI, working alongside CEO Matt Holt and COO Ross Anderson.

The new company has positioned the move as an expansion of its ability to bring transparency and control to online gaming markets worldwide.

By incorporating Yield Sec's proprietary monitoring and black-market detection systems, GCI strengthens its AI-powered regulatory technology stack.

The integrated platform now offers a broader suite of "awareness-and-action" tools designed to help regulators, law enforcement, operators and government agencies understand the full scope of online activity and intervene when necessary without disrupting legal operations.

The company notes that the enhanced system supports oversight across marketplace monitoring, black-market mitigation, compliance and auditing.

Matt Holt, CEO of GCI, said the acquisition marks a major step forward for the organization. "Yield Sec's innovative platform for effective and efficient disruption will become a cornerstone of our offering, enabling regulators and operators to gain unprecedented awareness and actionable awareness across the total online gaming marketplace," he stated.

Vali emphasized continuity of mission under the new structure. "Yield Sec was founded to help regulators and operators see the entire online marketplace, legal and illegal, and act with certainty. GCI strengthens that foundation, expanding our ability to serve clients across commerce, community and consumers."

The companies say the combined operation aims to promote a safer, more compliant and more transparent gaming environment globally, offering tools that support marketplace stability, fair play and consumer protection.
