Suntrust Resort Holdings, Inc. has strengthened its corporate governance team with the appointment of Krizza Naye Hedriana as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 7, following the resignation of Jeanne Arriane Macalindong.
The appointment was approved during a meeting of the company's Board of Directors on the same day that Macalindong stepped down from both positions for personal reasons. The board acknowledged her resignation, expressed its appreciation for her contributions to the company and wished her success in her future endeavors.
Hedriana will serve for the remainder of Macalindong's term and continue in office until a successor is duly elected and qualified.
The appointment brings an experienced legal and financial professional into one of the company's key governance roles. Hedriana currently serves as Suntrust's Legal and Compliance Manager and combines expertise in law, accounting and corporate compliance.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025 after earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Makati School of Law as a scholar. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines Visayas in 2016.
Before joining Suntrust, Hedriana built experience across both the legal and corporate sectors. Her previous roles included Associate Lawyer at Parada Rivera Evardone and Salalima Attorneys-at-Law, Senior Tax Associate at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.) and Investor Relations Specialist at Cebu Air, Inc.
Her combined background in corporate law, taxation, investor relations and regulatory compliance is expected to support Suntrust's governance and compliance functions as the company continues advancing its integrated resort development.
Suntrust Resort Holdings, formerly known as Suntrust Home Developers, is developing the Westside City integrated resort and casino project in Manila's Entertainment City. The company has been strengthening its corporate leadership and governance framework as it progresses toward the next phase of the large-scale development.
Hedriana currently serves as Suntrust's Legal and Compliance Manager and will continue in her new corporate role for the remainder of her predecessor's term
