Jackpot.com has partnered with Thndr to launch “industry-first” peer-to-peer skill games and competitive tournaments, said to mark a “significant evolution” of the lottery courier platform’s current offering.

"Jackpot.com has always believed the future of gaming is a single platform where every type of player finds their game. The launch of skill games and tournaments is the next step in that vision — expanding how players engage, giving them more reasons to return and more ways to win,” Jackpot.com Chief Growth Officer Dharin Nanavati said.

The new skill games will include blackjack, skill slots, solitaire and “many more” titles from Jackpot.com, which now represents the first lottery courier to integrate real-money skill games alongside traditional draw games and scratch tickets.

Peer-to-peer skill games and competitive tournaments offered by Jackpot.com are currently live in Arkansas, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Ohio.

Thndr CEO & Co-Founder Desiree Dickerson also spoke on the new partnership, having said, "Jackpot.com is the first major operator to go live with skill games in full capacity, and the partnership has already far exceeded all expectations.

“Skill games make a lottery product more competitive and more complete, giving players new reasons to come back. And this partnership is just getting started."

The new launch was also said to build upon Jackpot.com’s recent collaboration with Kroger to expand branding and access to “hundreds” of Kroger Fuel Station locations across multiple states.

In fellow industry-first news, Jackpot.com unveiled the first-ever loyalty rewards program offered by a lottery courier on March 12, giving users the chance to earn points on every order while unlocking special challenges, exclusive promotions and other perks.

Jackpot Rewards was soft launched for players located in Ohio, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Colorado and Arizona, with the lottery courier confirming the rewards program will be extended to additional markets over time.
