Novomatic Americas has appointed Juergen Keller as the supplier’s new Managing Director, where he will oversee commercial growth, operational excellence, strategic initiatives and expansion across regulated gaming markets.

Keller joins Sabine Stoppel as Managing Director of Novomatic Americas, as the pair will be looked upon to lead the supplier’s continued growth and strategic expansion in North America and the Caribbean. 

"Juergen has made a significant impact in a very short period of time," Stoppel said. 

"His combination of international leadership experience, financial expertise and operational discipline makes him an outstanding addition to our executive leadership team. Together, we are focused on continuing Novomatic Americas' growth while delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners."

The new Novomatic Americas Managing Director will succeed Jakob Rothwangl in the position, who is set to expand his leadership role with Novomatic. 

Keller also addressed his new appointment on July 9, having said, “It is an honor to serve as Managing Director of Novomatic Americas.

“I look forward to working alongside Sabine and our exceptional team as we continue to strengthen customer partnerships, drive innovation and build on the company’s strong foundation for future growth.”

Keller originally joined Novomatic Americas during 2025 as VP of Finance & Treasurer, where helped strengthen the supplier’s financial operations, business planning and organizational performance. 

In Europe, Aristocrat – through its Awager platform – entered into a collaboration with Novomatic to roll out live-streamed land-based slot content on March 23.

According to the partnership announcement, Awager will gain access to Novomatic's portfolio of land-based titles, along with its market experience and technology developed for European casino markets.
