EveryMatrix has completed the acquisition of Goma Gaming, a UX and front-end design specialist with two decades of experience in digital consumer products.
The company said the deal will immediately increase its development bandwidth, supporting front-end solutions for both sports betting and casino operators.
The Goma team will remain a standalone unit within the Group, working in parallel with the existing EveryMatrix front-end division.
The additional capacity is expected to accelerate the rollout of customised interfaces and player experience features, particularly for tier-1 operators pursuing higher levels of differentiation.
Goma Gaming's UX platform has delivered measurable performance improvements for operators, including increased retention and longer user engagement.
The company reports that its tools have driven an average uplift of around 30% in player margin for clients, supported by enhanced functionality geared towards next-generation audiences.
Last week, EveryMatrix appointed long-time advisor Jonas Groes as Co-CEO, joining his brother and company Co-Founder, Ebbe Groes, in a dual leadership structure effective from January.
Jonas arrives after nearly 15 years at EY, where he focused on strategy and digitalisation projects.
The Group also continues to expand operationally, having opened a new Copenhagen office to support its executive and product teams.
EveryMatrix said the addition of Goma will support ongoing efforts to deliver differentiated turnkey solutions for customers such as Bet-at-home and the Hungarian Lottery.
The Group views front-end innovation as a core component of its long-term product strategy, particularly as operators compete on personalisation and user experience.
Good to know: EveryMatrix recently secured its largest-ever content aggregation agreement with bet365, granting the operator access to titles from more than 40 external suppliers
