Tickets for the NBA China Games 2026 will go on sale to the public on August 12, with the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets set to play two preseason games in Macau in October.

The NBA China Games 2026 will be broadcast across more than 200 countries and territories, with Sands China serving as co-host and official promoter. The event is supported by several commercial partners.

The league and the operator have announced that popular Asian artists will perform at the games and NBA Fan Day, with live entertainment and performances planned alongside basketball challenges, player appearances, mascots and other fan engagement activities.

The Mavericks currently feature 2016 NBA champion and nine-time NBA All-Star Kyrie Irving, 2025-26 NBA Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg and 2026 No. 9 overall pick Morez Johnson Jr.

The Rockets currently feature two-time NBA champion and 16-time NBA All-Star Kevin Durant, two-time NBA All-Star Alperen Sengun and 2024-25 NBA All-Defensive First Team member Amen Thompson.

The league and Sands China have also launched NBAChinaGames.com, a dedicated digital platform providing information on the games, related events, fan experiences, venues and ticketing.

Sands China generated revenue of $1.79bn for Q2 2026, down 0.4%, while adjusted property EBITDA decreased 24% to $430m. The operator reported net income of $107m, representing a 50% decline.

Rolling-table volume increased 73%, non-rolling volume rose 15% and slot and electronic table game volume grew 30%. However, the rolling-chip win rate fell to 1.35%, compared with the operator’s expected rate of 3.3%.
