Pavilion Payments has appointed Diallo Gordon to serve as its new CEO. Elsewhere, Dan Connors, who has held this position up to now, recently announced that he would be stepping in as company Executive Chairman.
Gordon will assume his duties as company CEO January 1, when Connors will take a position as Pavilion Payments' Executive Chairman.
Connors shared his excitement regarding the change in a recent social media post.
Writing on LinkedIn, Connors stated: "Diallo is an exceptionally talented executive, perhaps the best executive with whom I've had the pleasure of working. He has decades of experience in the gaming payments space, having worked with companies ranging from startups to very large organizations. Diallo is a superlative problem solver and is so skilled at designing creative solutions for our customers' pain points.
"And something Diallo and I share is our passionate focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Bringing Diallo to our team is one of the best moves I've made in my career."
Connors also praised the team at Pavilion and said he is excited for what the future holds.
He said in closing, "I really just couldn't be happier to pass along to Diallo the CEO title which I've been privileged to carry the last couple of years.
"He and I work so well together, and I look forward to many more years of continuing our partnership together."
The company specializes in offering its clients payment solutions services, as well as merchant services and financial consulting.
Currently, Pavilion offers this feature to its registered account users through Apple Pay, but said the company is working on adding other digital payment options in the near future.
This latest update follows a recent announcement that Pavilion Payments would be providing funding service at Seminole Nation Casinos in Oklahoma last month. Earlier this year, the company also completed its acquisition of CasinoSoft.
Gordon was promoted to President in January, with Pavillion Payments now having made over half-a-dozen executive appointments throughout 2025
