DraftKings appears to be making efforts to expand its parlay offering on DKeX – the operator’s in-house prediction market – ahead of the 2026-2027 NFL season, having self-certified multi-leg event contract wagers and nine football contracts.
According to filings with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the contracts would settle on a “joint outcome of two or more constituent contracts listed on DKeX and subject to the terms of Chapter 13 of the DKeX Rulebook.”
As part of the self-certification process, operators inform the CFTC of their intentions to offer specific event contracts, as well as the date each derivative will become available to traders. If the CFTC chooses not to intervene, the contracts will go live on the requested date.
The filing – submitted by Railbird Exchange which was acquired by DraftKings in October 2025 – includes contracts tied to NFL score totals, spreads and proposition wagers such as player awards.
“The contracts settle on whether a designated football player or coach earns a specified season-long award, as officially confirmed by the awarding body, subject to the terms of the contract and market specifications and Chapter 13 of the DKeX Rulebook,” the filing states.
Categorized as “swaps,” the new contracts represent the latest expansion to DKeX since the operator partnered with Crypto.com in May to begin offering multi-leg wagers.
On July 10, Polymarket officially launched combo trading for users of the prediction market platform, allowing event contract traders to “bundle multiple market positions” into a single “yes” or “no” position.
Kalshi first launched combos as a beta test in September 2025, prior to expanding the offering to also include markets related to the NFL and NBA.
DraftKings and Delta Air Lines formed a new partnership on July 29 to introduce a free-to-play in-flight sports contest, SkyPicks, for those currently registered with both organizations’ rewards programs
