Carla Dualib has joined Digitain as Head of Commercial Brazil.
Her mandate includes staying close to the market, operators and partners, developing new business and expanding Digitain's presence in Brazil.
Dualib thanked Digitain founder Vardges Vardanyan for his vision in building the company, along with Gevorg Rushanyan for the opportunity to lead the Brazil project and Ani Mkrtchyan for her support during the transition.
“Brazil is experiencing an extraordinary moment in the global gaming industry. Having the opportunity to be part of this transformation while representing a company with Digitain’s history, technology, and global presence is something that makes me incredibly happy,” said Dualib.
She said she was drawn to the emphasis on relationships she encountered from her earliest conversations with the team, adding that she believes strong results come from a combination of solid strategy and relationships built on authenticity and trust.
Dualib joins Digitain from Softswiss, where she served as Business Manager Brazil since July 2023. She added she brings extensive experience across Brazil and Latin America to the role, along with relationships built over her career in the region.
“I deeply believe that consistent results come from strong strategies, excellent products, and hard work — but also from relationships built on authenticity, respect, and integrity. I have so much to learn, so much to share and, above all, so much to accomplish.
“That is how I have always chosen to build my career. And that is how I intend to continue,” concluded the executive.
