The role will focus on expanding operator partnerships across the region

Games Valley has appointed former Aristocrat Interactive and Pariplay executive Jorge L Morales as its first Director of Americas, as the content aggregation platform expands its operations in the region.

Based in the United States, Morales will oversee the company's commercial operations across the Americas, with responsibility for growing operator partnerships, strengthening customer relationships and accelerating regional business development.

The appointment is the latest step in Games Valley's strategy to build an experienced leadership team as it expands its "Smarter Aggregation" platform into more regulated markets.

Morales joins from Aristocrat Interactive, where he served as Commercial Director. Before that, he held senior commercial positions at Pariplay, Continent 8, Playtech and Microgaming, giving him more than two decades of experience working with operators and suppliers across regulated jurisdictions.

Games Valley said his appointment reflects its continued investment in experienced industry talent alongside technology, with the aim of helping operators streamline integrations, strengthen content strategies and improve commercial performance.

The move follows a series of senior hires at the company. Last month, Games Valley appointed Robert Dowling as Chief Revenue Officer after he spent several months supporting the business as a strategic consultant. The company also recently strengthened its marketing leadership with the appointment of Tereza Melicharkova as Marketing Director.

The company said assembling a team with extensive industry expertise remains central to its long-term growth strategy as it continues expanding globally.

Games Valley currently offers operators access to more than 11,000 casino games through a single API, including one of the industry's largest live casino portfolios. The platform is designed to simplify integrations while giving operators greater control over content management and commercial operations.

With Morales leading its efforts in the Americas, Games Valley aims to deepen its presence in the region while continuing to grow its footprint across regulated markets worldwide.
