Andrew Moore has left Flutter, stepping down from his role as General Manager and Vice President at FanDuel.

He spent almost a two decades with Flutter and its predecessor, holding several roles during his tenure, including Senior Product Manager and Vice President of Racing Commercial at FanDuel, as well as Product Manager at Paddy Power. He joined Paddy Power in 2007, when it was still an independent Irish bookmaker.

Reflecting on his time at Flutter in a LinkedIn post, Moore wrote: ‘’I was fortunate to have a front row seat to the successes achieved in that time and play a small part along the way. I am grateful for all those who showed me grace, patience and support and gave me the platform to improve and get results. I am especially appreciative to all those who worked for me, tolerated my moods and made me look good.

‘’There's a tremendously talented team at FanDuel, and I'm excited to see what they achieve in the coming years. There are also some excellent folks whose FanDuel careers are ending and are on the look out for new opportunities; these are excellent hires. This especially applies to the FDTV (TVG) team, a very special and skilled bunch of people.’’

Moore noted that he will remain in the US, where he will provide consulting services focused on the racing, pari-mutuel, gaming and sports betting industries.

Of course, this latest departure comes at a time of widespread executive change for the company, with group CEO Peter Jackson stepping down next month and former FanDuel CEO Amy Howe stepping down in May. Elsewhere, at the beginning of this month, FanDuel introduced new enhancements to its sportsbook product ahead of the 2026-2027 National Football League (NFL) season, including a new Rewards Club, extended BetProtect+ capabilities and an improved game intelligence feature.

The new sportsbook Rewards Club is a points-based monthly loyalty program with daily promotions, weekly opportunities to choose a reward, and milestone-driven challenges.
