Evoplay has confirmed the promotion of Vasilena Mantsiou to CFO, recognising her work in developing the studio's financial operations and supporting its international expansion.
Mantsiou joined the company in May 2022 and was appointed Head of Accounting in January this year, where she contributed to strengthening internal procedures and financial governance during a period of sustained growth.
As CFO, she will oversee Evoplay's financial strategy, planning and operational management. The studio said the appointment reflects its commitment to developing internal talent and ensuring continuity across its leadership team.
Evoplay CEO, Ivan Kravchuk said: "Vasilena has been an integral part of Evoplay's journey, demonstrating exceptional leadership and deep financial expertise. Her promotion to CFO is a natural step forward and we're confident that her strategic vision will continue to support our long-term goals as we expand into new markets."
Mantsiou said: "I'm incredibly proud to take on this new role and grateful for the trust placed in me by the Evoplay team. Over the past few years, I've witnessed the company's remarkable growth and innovation and I look forward to contributing further to its success in this new capacity."
Last week, Evoplay integrated a portfolio of iLottery titles into Scientific Games' Content Hub, bringing instant-win, bingo, jackpot and adventure-style games to operators using the platform.
The rollout expands Evoplay's reach in the lottery sector, adding to its existing footprint in markets such as Canada, where it partnered with Caesars Entertainment in Ontario earlier this year.
