Luckia reported revenue of €636.9m ($730.6m) for 2025, up 5.6% from €603.2m in the previous year, according to the Spanish gaming group’s annual report.
EBITDA increased 15.4% to €67.3m, while net profit rose 68.4% from €11.0m to €18.5m. Cash flow advanced 27.0% to €46.6m. The company also reported a return on equity of 25.6%, compared with 19.7% in 2024, and a return on assets of 9.0%, up from 6.1%.
Betting and online remained Luckia’s largest segment, generating €369.8m, or 58.1% of group revenue, alongside EBITDA of €21.9m.
Gaming halls contributed €60.7m in revenue and €20.3m in EBITDA, while casinos and hotels generated €84.9m and €17.9m respectively. Operator and commercial activities recorded €89.3m in revenue and EBITDA of €19.7m.
Luckia said its casino division delivered a record performance, supported by operations in Chile and Colombia. During the year, the group also acquired the remaining 50% of Casino Luckia Bogotá.

In Spain, casino EBITDA climbed 55.9% to €5.3m. The company also said its online business continued to expand, with Spain growing ahead of the market and its Croatian online operation commencing during the year.
Leverage indicators improved during the period. Net financial debt to EBITDA declined to 1.3 times from 1.6 times, while total debt to EBITDA fell to 2.3 times from 2.9 times. Luckia’s liquidity ratio increased to 146.7%, from 127.0%, and its equity ratio rose to 54.7%, from 46.2%.
At year-end, the group employed 2,815 people and operated 16 casinos and 88 gaming halls, with an international presence spanning eight countries.
In related news, Luckia has continued to expand its online casino proposition throughout 2026. In February, Stakelogic agreed to supply the operator with slot content through Light & Wonder’s aggregation platform.
This was followed in April by an agreement with Avanti Studios, which selected Luckia.es to introduce its live casino games to the Spanish market.
