Fabio Tiberia has been appointed Vice President of BetConstruct LatAm.

He announced the move as a new chapter focused on expanding BetConstruct's presence across Latin America through technology, market expertise, local execution and long-term partnerships.

Addressing the sector's recent turbulence, Tiberia said that even amid a challenging regulatory environment, particularly Brazil's recent regulatory setback, BetConstruct remains committed to supporting a safe, transparent and regulated market, with a continued focus on player protection and responsible gaming.

A central part of his strategy will involve sportsbook innovation, with BetConstruct continuing to invest in engagement and retention tools for operators, including Lucky Boost, Power Bank, Sport Reel and Bet Mate, combining artificial intelligence and gamification to strengthen the product experience and support sustainable gross gaming revenue growth.

Tiberia brings over a decade of experience across Latin American and European iGaming markets. He most recently served as VP Brazil at VBET Brasil since October 2025 while also running his own consultancy, advising on iGaming and crypto startups across Latin America since 2016.

He also previously served as CEO of Fastex LATAM in 2025, and co-founded Betmais as Brazilian country manager between 2013 and 2016. His earlier career included roles at iTechnoGaming and Poker in Venice, where he worked as country manager across Brazil and North Macedonia and managed affiliate programs from Malta.

Elsewhere recently, BetConstruct AI also appointed Lena Yasir as its new CEO, as the company moves through a phase of expansion. The organization also announced a new partnership with ADI Predictstreet in recent months.
