Okada Manila has been named Best Hotel in Manila at the 35th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2026, adding another hospitality award to the integrated resort's record.

The award is based on votes from travel industry professionals across Asia-Pacific, including travel consultants, tour operators and destination management companies. There is no predetermined list of nominees, with eligible professionals selecting hotels based on the award criteria.

These criteria include services and facilities, value-added benefits and the performance of sales and marketing teams.

Operated by Universal Entertainment Group, Okada Manila spans 30 hectares and includes 1,001 rooms, suites and villas. The property also has more than 40 dining venues alongside gaming, entertainment, wellness, shopping and event facilities.

Its casino offers table games and electronic gaming machines, alongside dedicated gaming areas including Perlas, Maharlika and the VIP Club.

Outside gaming, the resort includes The Retreat Spa, The Promenade, The Fountain and several family entertainment facilities. It also operates meeting, conference and event spaces serving the business and MICE markets.

The TTG recognition follows several years of awards for the property. Okada Manila has received a Five-Star rating in the hotel category from Forbes Travel Guide for seven consecutive years, while The Retreat Spa has also received a Five-Star rating.

The resort has also expanded its digital operations through the Okada Manila App and Okada Online Casino.

Okada Manila President and COO Nobuki Sato said the award reflected the overall guest experience offered across the property and credited employees for their contribution.
