Century Gaming Technologies Nevada, a subsidiary of Accel Entertainment, has acquired the route operating assets of Dynasty Games, expanding the operator's North Nevada footprint with 20 new active locations, two locations still pending regulatory approval and 123 electronic gaming terminals (EGTs).
"This strategic and accretive acquisition marks an important milestone in our Nevada growth strategy," Accel Entertainment CEO Andy Rubenstein said.
"Dynasty Games has built a trusted reputation rooted in integrity and long-term relationships, and we're excited to build on that legacy while expanding Accel's best-in-class route operations across Northern Nevada."
The transaction is expected to be accretive to the operator's 2026 financial results, although financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed at the time of announcement.
Accel Entertainment will also leverage its operational experience, data analytics and Gamblers Bonus loyalty program to help improve customer engagement.
"This transaction strengthens Accel's Nevada market presence, establishing new operations in Gardnerville, Verdi, Dayton, Fernley, Stagecoach and Sun Valley," Rubenstein continued.
"Combined with our existing footprint in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Wells, Spring Creek and Carlin, Accel now operates the most comprehensive and scaled route coverage in the state - a competitive advantage that is expected to drive continued growth and new location development."
Dynasty Games Owner Roger Fuller also commented on the transaction, having said, "After more than 30 years serving Northern Nevada's gaming community, it was important to find a partner who values relationships and integrity as much as results.
"Century Gaming Technologies has earned a strong reputation through its emphasis on customer care, and I'm excited to see our locations and customers benefit from Accel's experience and dedication to the local market."
As of September 30, 2025, Accel Entertainment's existing Nevada operations serviced 370 retail locations, which total 2,757 gaming terminals for consumers.
Accel Entertainment reported its financial results for Q3 2025 on November 4, as the operator's net revenue grew 9.1% to $329.7m, while net income was $13.4m following a loss of $4.2m for the prior year period
