Everything Blockchain (EBZT) has launched Sports Edge AI, describing it as an internal system designed to analyse and trade sports prediction markets using artificial intelligence.
The product focuses initially on venues such as Polymarket, where users buy and sell contracts linked to the outcomes of sporting events.
Sports Edge AI continuously ingests live odds from prediction markets, compares those prices to EBZT's own probability estimates, and flags cases where the gap between the two meets preset thresholds.
When that happens, the system generates trading signals that can be used to open, close or adjust positions funded with company capital.
EBZT argues that sports prediction markets remain relatively early in their development and are still dominated by retail order flow and short news cycles.
The company believes that limited participation from larger trading firms and traditional sportsbooks leaves more room for odds to diverge from modelled fair values compared to mature financial markets.
The firm has also reported interest from potential investors and partners who are specifically focused on the intersection of AI, sports and prediction markets.
As part of the branding strategy for Sports Edge AI, EBZT is exploring a collaboration with a tier-1 UFC fighter who would front campaign materials and connect the product to a wider sports audience.
Sports Edge AI is positioned as the second pillar of EBZT's AI roadmap alongside CloverMint, a platform in development that aims to route stablecoin balances into predefined income strategies.
Together, the projects are intended to give shareholders exposure to a set of AI tools applied to both digital asset flows and event-linked trading.
Recent developments in the broader prediction market sector include a multi-year agreement that saw Polymarket and Kalshi named official prediction market partners of the NHL, giving both operators the right to use league branding and placing their products under greater scrutiny from regulators and established betting firms as the space continues to evolve.
EBZT says Sports Edge AI is designed as a research and trading system for its own balance sheet, with no direct consumer-facing prediction platform currently announced
