Comtrade Gaming has secured a platform agreement with 24Games to power the operator's expansion in Chile, marking the supplier's entry into one of Latin America's fastest-growing regulated markets.
Under the partnership, 24Games will deploy Comtrade Gaming's iCore platform to manage its operations in Chile. The agreement positions both companies to capitalize on the country's developing online gaming sector as operators seek established technology partners capable of navigating evolving regulatory requirements and market conditions.
The deal represents a strategic push into Latin America for the Slovenia-based platform provider, which has identified Chile and Mexico as priority markets in the region. The iCore platform will provide 24Games with backend infrastructure, player management tools and operational capabilities designed for regulated, high-volume environments.
Steven Valentine, CCO at Comtrade Gaming, said: "We're excited to welcome 24Games to our global network of operators. Latin America continues to show strong momentum, and Chile represents an important market for scalable and dependable platform technology. iCore is built to support growth-focused operators like 24Games, and we look forward to a long and successful collaboration."
Walter Viterbo, CMO at 24Games, said: "Partnering with Comtrade Gaming was a very conscious decision for us. We had previously worked with other platform technologies in Brazil, so we had a clear benchmark of what we needed to scale 24Games in Chile.
"Comtrade's iCore is simply a level above in terms of stability, flexibility and the depth of tools it provides. Their platform amplifies exactly what defines our brand DNA: aggressive but intelligent acquisition, consistent retention and a smooth, reliable player experience from the first deposit to long-term loyalty."
Viterbo added that 24Games aims to rank among Chile's top three operators by the end of 2026 and establish itself as a leading brand across Latin America in subsequent years. He noted that Chile's market remains in a growth phase with consolidation still underway, creating opportunity for new entrants with strong platform support.
