Key Points
VOX Casino increased player retention after migrating to the Kanggiten platform, with day-7, day-14 and day-30 retention rising by 21%, 27% and 22%, respectively
The operator introduced personalised bonuses, a VIP Club, a referral programme and tailored game recommendations to improve player engagement and retention

VOX Casino's in-house platform left little room to tailor offers or manage retention by player group. The Kanggiten platform removed that limit. Over its first year on the new platform, the operator overhauled how it engages and rewards players. The results showed up across retention and lifetime value.

The migration to Kanggiten, an iGaming platform provider, gave VOX segment-level control over offers, a flexible bonus engine and new retention mechanics. The team reworked cashback rules, launched a VIP Club with dedicated retention flows and added a referral program. Personalised game recommendations gave players faster access to relevant content and kept sessions going longer.

The retention work paid off at the segment level. Referred players outperformed the baseline on every core metric, with referral first-time-deposit conversion reaching 6x the baseline rate. VIP segment retention rose 16%. Monthly cashback costs fell 21%, with no loss in retention, as targeted rules replaced blanket offers.

Key 12-month results across VOX's European markets:

Day-7 retention up 21%, day-14 up 27%, day-30 up 22%

Lifetime value up 18%

Average revenue per user up 26%

Gross gaming revenue up 36%

"VOX wanted to keep more players and raise their value over time," says Viktor Cherkas, CEO of Kanggiten. "We gave them the segmentation and bonus tools to do it, and built new mechanics where they needed them. A 27% rise in day-14 retention and an 18% rise in LTV show the approach worked."

"Our collaboration with Kanggiten has been one of the most valuable partnerships for our casino," says VOX Casino's CPO. "Their team is fast, professional and transparent, which made the integration and rollout smooth. With Kanggiten, we significantly expanded our game portfolio with a large catalog of titles from multiple studios and were able to launch game-driven promotions and tournaments around top-performing content. This helped us strengthen acquisition and activation flows, improve deposit conversion and increase overall player engagement and repeat activity. Platform stability has been consistently strong, and their operational support is reliable and responsive. We confidently recommend Kanggiten as a proactive and dependable B2B provider for operators."
