The tool is built on multiple AI layers, and has access to real-time data to generate reports, insights, and assist with a range of key business functions, from identifying root issues to proposing action plans.
Designed to put simplicity at its core, the assistant will publish data and insights in a digestible format, rather than producing complex files that require expertise to action.
Brody plays a key role in Broadway Platform’s end-to-end igaming ecosystem, acting as a key contact point for customers without relying on human support for rapid resolution and insight.
The staged rollout forms a core component of Broadway Platform’s operational creed, which is to empower clients with self-service tools to enable scalability.
