Key Points
Slotoro built an 8,000-game catalog on Kanggiten in three months, cut content operations workload 85% and held VIP retention at 94.2% across Tier 2 markets.

Slotoro launched on Kanggiten's White Label Casino Platform and moved content operations onto automated asset delivery. New games now reach players in 15 minutes, and the brand added 8,000+ titles from 90+ providers in its first three months with no platform outages.

Provider media and icons arrive already sized to the UI grids, so publishing a pack no longer takes 48-72 hours. Content operations workload fell 85%. Technical issues are monitored in real time, with logs and documentation reaching support within five to seven minutes, and critical incident resolution time fell 68%.

The funnel work ran in parallel. A continuous A/B program covered registration, verification, bonuses, loyalty and the mobile lobby. A two-step sign-up form raised click-to-registration conversion 16.5%. Staged welcome packages lifted the re-deposit rate 19.8%. Classic heavy VIP tiers gave way to frequent micro-levels that update after every bet, with turnover in the loyal-player cohort up 28.3% and VIP LTV up 21.5%.

"Publishing a game pack used to be half a day of manual work," says Viktor Cherkas, CEO of Kanggiten. "Slotoro's team got those hours back and spent them on testing. The platform gives them the tooling to ship a change without waiting on development."

"We had worked with Kanggiten before, so we trusted the platform and put our energy where it counts: testing, funnel work and getting more out of every screen. The A/B framework lets us prove what converts instead of guessing. On the operational side, content that used to take days now ships in minutes, and that changed how fast we react to the market," says Slotoro's Product Manager.

The A/B program runs continuously across the funnel, with each change measured against a single metric before it ships.
