In an industry where change is by no means a foreign concept, much of the conversation stemming from the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas was headlined by consistent 2026 headlines up to this point. While G2E week began with the 13th annual Global Gaming Awards Americas, the conference took less than 24 hours to turn prediction markets into a main stage talking point.

Back to reality?

To conclude the first day of G2E, American Gaming Association (AGA) President & CEO Bill Miller, as well as Indian Gaming Association (IGA) Chairman David Z. Bean, addressed the need for a “coordinated response” to the rise of prediction markets.
