Walter’s appointment went into immediate effect on March 6, having previously served as Counsel and Government Affairs for the Connecticut Lottery Corporation over an eight-year period.
The operator has also signed new five-year employment agreements with CFO Randy Hyzak and Global General Counsel D. Zachary Hudson.
The executive joins the company as the operator continues to develop its customer operations structure in Brazil.
The two appointments come at a time of significant change for the Horseracing Authority.
