The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported the state's total casino activity for November 2025, having set a new record for monthly gaming revenue following a 10.8% increase from the prior year period to $623.1m.

The results were boosted by new monthly records being set for both sports wagering revenue and total handle for November, which grew 27.6% and 5.9%, respectively, for totals of just over $98.3m and $990.6m.

Valley Forge Casino Resort led all operators in sports wagering revenue generated for November 2025 with $44.2m, representing growth of 20%. Hollywood Casino at the Meadows and Hollywood Casino York produced respective November 2025 sports wagering revenues of $28.1m and $5.7m, equating to increases of 33.3% and 198.4%.

Valley Forge Casino Resort also led Pennsylvania operators in total gaming revenue at $126.7m for November 2025, rising 23.6% year-over-year. Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course was a close second with $107.5m of revenue and increased 18.9%, while Rivers Casino Philadelphia gaming revenue rose 3.5% to $55.9m.

Parx Casino and Wind Creek Bethlehem generated November 2025 gaming revenues of $54.2m and $46.7m, respectively, equating to growth of 0.4% and 1.5%. Hollywood Casino at the Meadows gaming revenue increased 16.2% to $44.4m for November, while Rivers Casino Pittsburgh witnessed a 4% decrease from the prior year period to $29.1m.

The Keystone State managed to set the new monthly record for November 2025 despite decreases in gaming revenue generated from retail slot machines and table games. Retail slot machines accounted for $201.2m of Pennsylvania's total for November 2025 and fell 0.1%, while retail table game revenue decreased 3.6% to $74.7m.

Parx Casino led all Pennsylvania operators with $31m of retail slot machines revenue throughout November 2025 but reported a decrease of 0.4%, while Wind Creek Bethlehem's table game revenue fell 1.4% to $20.3m, the most of any property.

iGaming, coming off a monthly revenue record of its own for October 2025, generated $242.7m of revenue throughout November for an increase of 21.1%. Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course accounted for the most iGaming revenue of any operator with $91.3m, equating to 22.7% growth from the prior year period.

Valley Forge Casino Resort and Rivers Casino Philadelphia generated respective November 2025 iGaming revenues of $70.9m and $38.2m, representing increases of 31% and 10%. Harrah's Philadelphia was the only operator to also eclipse $10m in iGaming revenue for November 2025, increasing 42.2% to $13.3m.

Video gaming terminals accounted for just over $3.5m of the state's total gaming revenue for November 2025, increasing 8.9%, while fantasy contests generated an additional $2.5m and grew 2.8%. DraftKings managed to beat out FanDuel for the most fantasy revenue produced in Pennsylvania for November, reporting $1.7m as compared to FanDuel with $567,356.
