Grupo Esportes Gaming Brasil has recently highlighted two distinct initiatives that, taken together, offer a clear picture of how the company wants to position itself both internally and externally.
One initiative focused on strengthening labor practices and leadership accountability and another centred on real-world engagement through accessible sports experiences.
On the corporate side, the group's legal department, in partnership with human resources, hosted the first edition of "Legal Chat: Good Labor Practices."
The internal session was designed to support leadership teams in handling day-to-day people management situations in line with internal policies and Brazilian labor law.
Topics covered during the meeting included employment contracts and amendments, working hours control, appropriate internal communication, moral harassment and the application of disciplinary measures.
The discussion also focused on prevention, clarity and best practices, reinforcing the idea that informed leadership plays a central role in reducing legal risks and fostering a healthier work environment.
The operator confirmed that this was the first of several planned sessions.
At the same time, the group has also been active on the streets... quite literally.
Through its brand Esportes da Sorte, the company took part in running events in Recife and Olinda, embracing a perspective that sees sport not only as performance, but as lived experience.
With the "0.0 Running Experience," Esportes da Sorte designed meeting points for runners, employees and the general public. These spaces were reinforced the idea that sport happens in everyday life, at each person's pace and through collective participation.
Esportes da Sorte invested one of Brazil's largest off-season Carnival celebrations, reinforcing its strategy of associating the brand with major cultural events
