Golden Matrix subsidiary Expanse Studios has announced a new partnership deal which will see operator Olybet distribute its titles in the European market, brokered via a wider distribution deal with Synot Interactive.
Indeed, this latest multi-faceted agreement will see Olybet formally distribute Expanse Studios' gaming titles to players in Croatia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - further expanding the reach of the supplier's European gaming presence. This latest update also falls in the wake of an additional partnership for Expanse in the Croatian market - as the company moves through a phase of expansion which has seen a multitude of aggregator partnerships drawn up in recent months.
Speaking on this latest development, Expanse Studios CEO Damjan Stamenkovic, said: "Synot Interactive provides us with efficient distribution infrastructure to reach established operators like Olybet across multiple European markets simultaneously. Olybet's position as a leading sports entertainment brand with extensive retail and online presence makes them a valuable partner in markets where we already hold regulatory approvals."
Elsewhere for Expanse Studios, the supplier also secured a software provider licence in the Swedish market last month, an update that followed additional regulatory approval to enter into the Romanian market earlier in 2025. More broadly, Expanse's parent company Golden Matrix announced the retirement of its outgoing CEO Brian Goodman in December, with Chairman William Scott appointed interim CEO.
In early Q4 2024, Golden Matrix reported its third quarter financial results for 2025, highlighting a record revenue figure of $47.3m, up 15% year-on-year.
Expanse Studios is Golden Matrix's B2B gaming arm and experienced triple digit annual growth during Q3 2025
