The winners of the 9th annual Global Gaming Awards Europe, Middle East & Africa were revealed at an invite-only ceremony held on Day 1 of ICE Barcelona at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, bringing together senior leaders from across the global gaming industry.
The Awards, powered by Global Gaming Insider, once again celebrated excellence across the EMEA region, recognising operators, suppliers and individuals who have delivered outstanding performance, innovation and leadership over the past 12 months.
Speaking after the ceremony, Mariya Savova, Event Manager of the Global Gaming Awards, said:
"This year’s shortlist reflected the pace of progress and ambition we are seeing across the industry. Every company recognised should be incredibly proud, because the competition is stronger than ever.
"Being shortlisted at the Global Gaming Awards is a significant achievement in itself and winning is a clear endorsement from industry peers. Our winners were selected by an independent panel of more than 50 senior executives, with KPMG adjudicating the voting process and ensuring the integrity and credibility of these Awards," she added.
Savova also thanked those who helped make the event possible, saying: "We are extremely grateful to our Lead Partner BetConstruct, our voting adjudicator KPMG, all category sponsors and to Clarion Gaming for hosting us once again at ICE Barcelona. Their continued support makes it possible to recognise and celebrate the very best of our industry."
The Global Gaming Awards are widely regarded as the most prestigious awards in the industry, with every shortlist place earned on merit. The official Shortlist magazine outlines the achievements behind each nomination and is available to read here.
