High Roller Technologies has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Kindbridge Behavioral Health aimed at strengthening responsible gambling support for players in Ontario.
Under the proposed arrangement, the operator plans to offer Ontario players who choose to self-exclude access to a confidential support pathway designed to help individuals assess their gambling behavior and explore next steps.
The programme would begin with educational resources and a guided triage process, with the option to access no-cost peer support and, where appropriate, licensed Canadian clinicians.
The model is based on a stepped-care approach, allowing individuals to engage with support services at their own pace and escalate care depending on personal needs and risk indicators.
The initiative remains subject to the execution of definitive agreements, as well as licensing and regulatory approval in the province.
High Roller Technologies CEO, Seth Young, said: “We believe entertainment should always be enjoyed responsibly. Partnering with Kindbridge reinforces our commitment to player wellbeing by ensuring that anyone who may be experiencing challenges with their gambling activity has access to meaningful, professional support.”
Kindbridge specialises in early-intervention and clinical support programmes for gambling-related harm and works with gaming operators across North America to integrate care pathways into responsible gambling and self-exclusion frameworks.
Kindbridge Behavioral Health Founder and CEO, Daniel Umfleet, said: “Building strong, accessible pathways to support is an essential part of effective responsible gambling programmes.”
Umfleet added: “Operators are uniquely positioned to assist individuals who may be experiencing distress by helping connect them to appropriate care.”
High Roller confirmed that the LOI does not constitute a binding agreement and that no assurance can be given that a definitive partnership will be finalized.
Unless and until formal documentation is executed, the proposed collaboration remains subject to negotiation and the satisfaction of regulatory conditions.
The announcement comes as regulators in Ontario continue to emphasise the importance of responsible gambling controls, including self-exclusion, player education and access to external support services as part of the province’s regulated online gaming framework.
Earlier this month, High Roller closed a registered direct offering of approximately 1.9m shares, generating around $25m in net proceeds. The operator has said the funds will support expansion, product development and diversification, including preparations for a US prediction markets launch.
High Roller Technologies entered into a separate strategic partnership with Crypto.com and Derivatives North America in January, targeting a Q1 2026 launch of a CFTC-regulated prediction markets product in the United States
