Flowplay has launched its Imperial Treasures Casino platform in Pennsylvania’s real money gaming (RMG) market, representing its first regulated entry into the US and the operator’s transition from social gaming to RMG.
Imperial Treasures Casino gained regulatory approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in early March 2026 and debuted as an affiliate of the Wind Creek Bethlehem property.
Flowplay was acquired by Wind Creek Hospitality in December 2021, helping the operator expand its presence in the regulated gaming sector and align its technology-focused experience with Wind Creek’s recognized global brand.
"Flowplay, a Wind Creek Hospitality company, is proud to offer our Imperial Treasures Casino to the Pennsylvania gaming market, where we have developed a world-class platform and gaming experience for our customers to enjoy and be entertained," Flowplay VP of RMG Operations Mike Ornstein said.
Imperial Treasures Casino features titles from suppliers such as American Gaming Systems (AGS), OddsWorks and Evolution, with Flowplay having established an iGaming player account management platform to support the online casino and its long-term digital gaming strategy.
Flowplay stated it intends to pursue additional opportunities to expand its RMG operations across the US, as well as to license its proprietary player account management technology.
Imperial Treasures Casino also features compliance capabilities such as a radar for geolocation services, know your customer verification, anti-money laundering solutions and the utilization of independent testing laboratories.
