Coushatta Casino Resort, which represents Louisiana’s largest casino resort property, has appointed Britton Pruett as its new Director of Food & Beverage, where she will oversee all restaurant, bar, banquet and beverage operations.
"Britton understands that food is central to the overall resort experience," Coushatta Casino Resort GM Nate Tanner said.
"She brings creativity, precision and a fresh perspective; and her leadership will help us continue raising the bar across our dining venues, introducing thoughtful menu enhancements and memorable experiences that keep guests coming back."
Pruett has previous executive experience with Tribal and commercial gaming properties, as well as in managing multi-outlet operations and multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios.
Pruett will also guide the property’s strategic refinement of its wine program to help enhance Coushatta’s guest dining experience, given her prior certification as a sommelier.
Coushatta Casino Resort currently offers close to 2,000 slot machines and table games, including live poker, bingo and sports betting. The property is owned and operated by the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana and is set to introduce a new eight-story hotel tower in May 2026.
On March 2, Seneca Resorts & Casinos made four new appointments to its corporate leadership team, part of the operator’s Centers of Excellence organizational model which is designed to identify operational efficiencies and appropriate consistencies across its retail properties.
