Rush Street Gaming has selected the Enterprise platform from supplier Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) following what both parties described as an extensive evaluation process of competing technology providers.
Installation has begun across Rush Street Gaming’s properties, with QCI’s deployment teams working alongside the operator’s leadership and technology divisions during the rollout.
The Enterprise platform integrates marketing campaign development, marketing automation, gaming analytics and real-time data intelligence into a unified system. QCI states the platform uses artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to support decision-making across marketing and operational workflows.
Rush Street Gaming VP Database Marketing, Jim Luden, said: “The strength of QCI’s AI capabilities, combined with the depth of analytics embedded in the platform, will allow us to better understand our guests, optimize our marketing strategies and make smarter, data-driven decisions in real time.”
Luden added: “We are confident this technology will significantly enhance our ability to deliver personalized experiences and drive meaningful growth.”
QCI CEO, Dr. Ralph Thomas, said: “We are honored that Rush Street Gaming selected QCI after such a thorough and disciplined evaluation process.”
Thomas added: “Our Enterprise Platform was built to deliver actionable intelligence at scale and we are excited to support Rush Street’s continued growth through advanced AI, deep analytics and real-time enterprise decisioning.”
Rush Street Gaming operates casino properties across multiple US jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia and New York. The deployment marks an expansion of its use of data-driven tools for marketing execution and customer engagement across retail gaming operations.
Earlier coverage reported that Rush Street Gaming chose QCI’s Enterprise platform following a “highly competitive” vetting process and began installation across its retail estate with support from internal leadership and technology teams.
QCI partnered with Itibari, Waynne & Partners in February to expand live entertainment access across US Tribal gaming properties
