Betby has appointed a new Senior Business Development Manager for LatAm
Gonzalo Navarro will help execute the supplier’s expansion strategy in the region

Betby has announced the appointment of a new Senior Business Development Manager, Gonzalo Navarro, who is set to focus on LatAm expansion.

Indeed, as part of his new role, Navarro will seek to expand Betby’s footprint in Latin America, specifically, as Betby eyes expansion as part of its roadmap for the year ahead. Navarro brings previous senior leadership experience as a Commercial Manager and Senior Executive for Corporate Sales within the South American iGaming industry, and he will look to contribute his sales and strategy expertise as part of this new position.

Speaking on his appointment, Navarro stated: "I’m thrilled to be joining Betby at such an exciting stage of its growth. The company has built a truly impressive sportsbook product, and LatAm is a region full of opportunities. I look forward to working with the team to strengthen Betby's presence and build long-term partnerships with operators across the region.”

Building on this was Chris Nikolopoulos, Chief Commercial Officer at Betby, who added: “Gonzalo’s experience and deep understanding of the Latin American market make him a valuable addition to our commercial team. His strong industry relationships and proven track record in business development will play an important role as we continue to expand our presence across LatAm.”

This latest development follows the addition of live video streaming to Betby’s sportsbook offering last month, with video streaming now supporting both sports and esports. Prior to this, January 2026 also saw Betby secure the Breakthrough Company of the Year award at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA ceremony in Barcelona.
