PhilWeb Corporation has announced its entry into the game content distribution and aggregation business, marking a strategic expansion of its role within the Philippines’ regulated gaming ecosystem.
The Philippine Stock Exchange-listed firm said the initiative follows its recent accreditation by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation as a gaming affiliate and support service provider. The accreditation enables PhilWeb to deliver technology and operational services to licensed gaming operators under the country’s regulated framework.
Under the new model, PhilWeb is establishing relationships with leading global gaming content providers while building a centralized aggregation layer that allows operators to access a broad portfolio of compliant titles through a single platform interface. The company is also integrating content from multiple international studios, positioning its platform to offer a diversified and continuously expanding game library.
Initial deployments are expected to include PT Gaming and Nustar Online. PT Gaming operates as a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming company, while Nustar Online extends the brand presence of its integrated resort operations into the digital space. PhilWeb said the rollout demonstrates the flexibility of its aggregation model across both online-native and resort-linked operators.
Strengthening Industry Partnerships
In a separate disclosure filed yesterday, the company confirmed that it had formally secured PAGCOR accreditation as a gaming affiliate and support service provider. PhilWeb also highlighted its partnerships with Hann Casino Resort, Okada Manila and FBM Philippines, underscoring its role as an asset-light B2B technology and infrastructure platform.
The firm added that it is actively participating in industry technical working discussions alongside regulators and stakeholders to help shape standards aimed at strengthening transparency, consumer protection and governance across the sector.
“This initiative represents a natural extension of our platform strategy,” said PhilWeb President Brian Ng, noting that combining distribution and aggregation capabilities enhances the company’s ability to provide operators with a comprehensive offering within a regulated environment.
