Okada Manila, the Philippines’ largest integrated resort, recorded gross gaming revenue of PHP6.47bn for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Operator Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc. posted the results in a regulatory filing, reporting preliminary figures for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.
Non-gaming revenue, which includes hotel, food and beverage, retail and entertainment operations, totaled PHP944m. Adjusted segment EBITDA reached PHP830m for the period.
Within the gaming segment, VIP table games generated PHP1.77bn in revenue on rolling chip volume of PHP53.08bn, reflecting a win rate of 3.3%.
Mass market table games contributed PHP3.04bn, supported by live table volume of PHP10.47bn and online table volume of PHP1.45bn. Gaming machines delivered PHP2.99bn in revenue from a total handle of PHP48.44bn, with a win rate of 6.2%.
During the quarter, the property operated an average of 97 VIP tables and 178 mass market tables, alongside an average of 2,820 gaming machines.
Hotel performance remained steady, with an average daily room rate of PHP10,336 and occupancy of 82.9%. Revenue per available room stood at PHP8,569, while total visitor traffic reached approximately 1.40 million.
Total revenue for the quarter amounted to PHP7.41bn, with depreciation of PHP758m recorded.
During the quarter, the group also advanced its digital strategy through a partnership with PhilWeb Corporation to launch “Okada Play,” a new online gaming platform tied to Okada Manila’s expansion into the regulated digital market. PhilWeb will provide gaming content, platform technology and operational support, supporting efforts to enhance customer engagement and diversify revenue beyond land-based operations.
