Agreement includes support for both professional and community-level competitions

BetBoom has entered into a strategic partnership with Gamers Club to strengthen the Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) ecosystem in Brazil, combining investment in professional competition with initiatives aimed at grassroots players.

The agreement will see BetBoom sponsor key competitive structures within the Gamers Club environment, including the Liga Gamers Club, which focuses on team development and the progression of players into the professional tier.

Alongside this, the partnership introduces weekly tournaments designed to engage the wider amateur community, creating a more consistent competitive calendar throughout the year.

A central element of the deal is the return of the Gamers Club Masters (GC Masters), one of the most established tournaments in Brazil’s Counter-Strike scene, which is scheduled to take place in 2026 after a five-year hiatus.

The competition has played a key role in the national esports landscape, acting as a bridge between emerging talent and the professional circuit.

The partnership also extends into media and content. Draft5, the esports-focused media platform within the Gamers Club ecosystem, will receive backing from BetBoom to expand its coverage of both domestic and international Counter-Strike events.

This push is on the way to deepen engagement with esports audiences through content as well as competition.

For Gamers Club, the collaboration responds directly to demand from the community for a more structured and active competitive environment.

Guilherme Barbosa, VP of Partnerships at the company, highlighted the importance of the tournament’s return.

“We are very happy to officially announce the return of GC Masters. In addition to its importance for building the professional scene, the partnership will allow us to continue investing in the growth of the competitive Counter-Strike scene.”

BetBoom recently promoted Laura Morganti to Country Head for Brazil, marking a new phase in its regional expansion and leadership structure.
