AMIG, Brazil’s Women’s Association of the Gaming Industry, has announced a new partnership with EBEM, the Brazilian School of Female Entrepreneurship, aimed at expanding access to training and professional development for women across the sector.
The collaboration introduces a new educational initiative focused on sales training, led by AMIG member Lisandra Pereira. The course is designed to support women in strengthening commercial skills and improving performance in business environments, with exclusive conditions offered to AMIG members.
“Our commitment to disseminating knowledge and fostering mutual support among women has now entered a new strategic chapter,” stated the association.
EBEM positions itself as a dedicated platform for female leadership development, offering mentoring, training programs and events tailored to women entrepreneurs. Its methodology focuses on practical learning and aims to combine business growth with broader professional fulfillment.
The partnership reflects AMIG’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusion and increase female participation in Brazil’s betting and gaming ecosystem. The association currently represents more than 1,400 professionals working across areas such as compliance, legal, technology, payments, marketing and sports integrity.
In a recent statement, AMIG also drew attention to the importance of recognizing women’s contributions to the national sector, particularly in response to public debates around betting in Brazil. The association noted that women are now present across all stages of the industry’s value chain, contributing to what it describes as a more structured and responsible market.
By aligning with EBEM, AMIG adds an entrepreneurship-focused dimension to its agenda, reinforcing its positioning as a platform not only for representation but also for capacity building within the industry.
AMIG recently launched the 2026 edition of its educational guide “Behind the Bets,” aimed at explaining Brazil’s betting regulation in accessible terms
