Online bingo operator, tombola, has signed a partnership deal with Hasbro for the rights to create a line of Monopoly-branded bingo games.

The landmark licensing agreement allowed tombola to design, develop and eventually launch five Monopoly-themed bingo games.

Claire Hunter Gregson, Hasbro Director of Digital Licensing, said: “When it comes to choosing a partner, I never simply ‘Pass Go’ without due diligence.

“tombola is truly best-in-class at online bingo experiences -- a shining example of expertise and player experience done right.

“At Hasbro, we seek the very finest partners in every vertical, and we’re perfectly content to wait for the most opportune moment - the one that’s just right for both sides. With tombola, that moment has arrived.”

The bingo games blend Monopoly imagery with instant-win and arcade-style minigames to broaden its appeal with the established tombola audience.

Karl Wood, tombola Director of Technology, said: “This partnership with Hasbro is a major milestone for tombola and a clear endorsement of our capabilities as a bingo operator and game studio.

“Monopoly is one of the most iconic brands in the world and being trusted to bring it to life in bingo, following a rigorous, competitive process, speaks to the strength of our product, our player‑first approach and our long‑term vision.

“We’ve built every element of this portfolio in‑house, reimagining Monopoly through innovative bingo and arcade mechanics while staying true to what makes the brand so enduring. Just as importantly, the licence gives us the opportunity to scale beyond the UK, supporting both our consumer offering and our B2B distribution across the wider Flutter Bingo Network.

“This isn’t just a game launch for us. It’s a strategic step forward in delivering truly differentiated, best‑in‑class bingo experiences.”
