Esportiva Bet has secured the naming rights for the Campeonato Baiano Série B, further expanding its presence in regional Brazilian football through a new agreement with the state of Bahia's Football Federation.
Under the new deal, the operator’s brand will be integrated into the official identity of the competition, increasing visibility across clubs, players and fans throughout the state.
The move reinforces Esportiva Bet’s strategy of investing in regional football properties as part of its wider positioning in Brazil’s regulated betting market.
“The initiative represents more than brand exposure, it reflects a direct commitment to the growth of football in Bahia,” stated the company.
The agreement also marks the continuation of Esportiva Bet’s relationship with the Bahia Football Club, signaling a longer-term approach focused on local development and institutional partnerships.
The naming rights deal comes shortly after the operator confirmed a main sponsorship agreement with Bahia Football Club, restoring the front-of-shirt sponsorship position that had remained vacant since January. That deal includes additional visibility through LED boards, pitchside signage and media backdrops at Arena Fonte Nova.
The move reflects ongoing competition among betting brands for visibility within Brazilian football, as sponsorship continues to play a central role in marketing strategies despite evolving regulatory discussions around advertising.
The country has also recently introduced new rules on fixed-odds sports betting, formally prohibiting sports betting on competitions that involve minors in any way, while also clarifying which sporting events can be offered by licensed operators.
Esportiva Bet has also recently appointed former Brazil international striker Grafite as a brand ambassador
