SCCG Management launched a dedicated LatAm division anchored by a new office in Miami
The company said it plans to open a regional headquarters in Caracas within the coming months

SCCG Management has launched a dedicated Latin American division and opened a new office in Miami, marking an expansion of the firm’s regional operations across the gaming and betting sector.

The Miami office will serve as the US base for SCCG LatAm, while a regional headquarters in Caracas, Venezuela is expected to open in the coming months. The company also maintains operations in Mexico City and Florianópolis, Brazil.

Stephen A. Crystal, Founder and CEO of SCCG Management, said: “Latin America has been on our radar for years. We have spent the past several months in working sessions with partners who know the regulators, the operators, and the banking infrastructure from the inside.”

According to the company, SCCG LatAm will initially focus on opportunities in Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia, markets where regulatory and commercial developments continue to reshape the gaming sector.

The company said the expansion was driven by three broader regional trends: increasing regulatory clarity across markets such as Venezuela, Chile and Argentina, improving banking and payments infrastructure following recent OFAC measures involving Venezuelan state banks, and growing cross-border activity as both Latin American and international operators seek regional expansion opportunities.

SCCG LatAm will offer services including market entry strategy, regulatory and government affairs advisory, operator partnership facilitation, M&A consulting and trade event organization.

The launch also follows another recent development involving SCCG’s leadership in Latin America. Last week, Cafrino Gaming appointed Stephen Crystal as CCO, citing his experience in gaming expansion, strategic partnerships and international market development as part of the company’s broader regional growth plans.
