Okada Manila has appointed seasoned gaming executive Shirley Tam as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Integrated Sales and Marketing, marking her return to the Philippines’ largest integrated resort.

In a post on social media, Tam said: "I am delighted to announce my new position as EVP & CMO - Integrated Sales & Marketing for Okada Manila. I look forward to collaborating with our talented Sales & Marketing teams across the company to leverage our strengths and synergies across various disciplines."

Tam previously served as Senior Vice President of premium marketing at Okada Manila from October 2018 to August 2021. Before rejoining the resort, she was Chief Casino Marketing Officer at Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon, South Korea. Her career also includes senior marketing roles at The Venetian Macao, Galaxy Entertainment Group, Wynn Macau, Genting Hong Kong, and Caesars Windsor in Canada.

Her appointment comes as Okada Manila continues to post steady financial results. For the three months ended March 31, 2026, the resort generated PHP6.47bn in gross gaming revenue. VIP table games contributed PHP1.77bn on rolling chip volume of PHP53.08bn, while mass market table games delivered PHP3.04bn. Gaming machines added PHP2.99bn in revenue.

Non-gaming revenue, including hotel, food and beverage, retail and entertainment operations, reached PHP944m. The property reported adjusted segment EBITDA of PHP830m and total quarterly revenue of PHP7.41bn. 

During the quarter, Okada Manila also advanced its digital strategy through a partnership with PhilWeb Corporation to launch “Okada Play,” an online gaming platform designed to expand into the regulated digital market and diversify revenue streams beyond its land-based operations.
