Red Rock Resorts has appointed J. Colby Williams as the operator’s new EVP and General Counsel, succeeding Jeffrey Welch who will remain with the operator through the conclusion of 2026 to provide transition support and other services.
Williams is expected to join Red Rock Resorts on or around September 8, 2026 and will oversee and execute the operator's legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

Welch has served as Red Rock Resorts’ EVP and Chief Legal Officer since June 2017 and previously served on the Board of Directors of Station Holdco LLC from 2013 to 2016.
Williams is a Founding Partner of the litigation boutique Campbell & Williams and has worked closely with Red Rock Resorts’ executive team and legal department for two decades.
On April 29, Red Rock Resorts released its financial results covering the first quarter of 2026, as revenue increased 1.9% to $507.3m, led by Las Vegas operations which accounted for $499.5m and rose 0.9%
While net revenue managed to increase year-over-year, both net income and adjusted EBITDA for Red Rock Resorts fell during Q1 2026. Net income was reported to be just over $82.7m and decreased 3.8%, while the $212.6m in adjusted EBITDA represents a fall of 1.2%.
